IT help for small offices and homes
By the hour, for the tech tasks that keep getting pushed to next week. For your office, or for you and your family at home. Sessions are scheduled in advance so you always know when I'm coming and what we're tackling.
-
What I can take off your plate
- Phones and devices: setup, management, and a look at the carrier plan and bill to see if you're paying for things you don't use
- Mac and PC setup for a new hire, ready to go on day one
- Moving the office to Google Workspace, email included
- Tidying up a setup that's grown messy over time
- Personal tech help at home: computers, phones, Wi-Fi, backups, and getting everything to work together
- Honest advice on what to buy, and what you can skip
-
How it's billed
Same rate for offices and homes. Two hour minimum per session, remote or in person in the Sacramento area. Prepaid blocks for anyone who likes having someone on hand without a contract. Unused hours carry over.
- 5 hours for $700
- 10 hours for $1,300
$150 an hour
Twenty years of this, including Apple certified repair as a Genius and managing phone and device fleets for large organizations. Phones and carrier plans in particular are something most small offices have never had help with, and it's often where I can save you the most.
Private AI systems Coming soon
An AI setup that runs inside your office instead of on servers somewhere else. Built for businesses that handle records they can't send to the cloud. I'm finishing the first build in my own shop before offering it, and pricing will be posted when it's ready.
-
Assessment
A paid working session and a written recommendation: what would actually help, what hardware it needs, what it would cost to build, and what you can skip.

Install and handoff
Hardware specified, system installed and tested, your first workflows built, your staff walked through it, and clear documentation you can follow.

A few things worth knowing up front
- Half is due up front to get started, and the balance before the site goes live.
- The price you approve is the price you pay. If the scope changes along the way, we'll talk it through and agree on any adjustment before I build it.
- I'll help shape and edit the content you give me so it reads well. Writing it from scratch isn't part of a build, but I can point you to someone who does that.
- I'll give you a realistic timeline rather than an optimistic one, and I'll keep you posted along the way.
Not sure which one you need?
Tell me a little about your business and I'll suggest what I'd do and give you a rough idea of cost.
