What happens to what you send me

Short version: I only see what you choose to send, I use it to reply to you, and I don't sell it or share it for marketing. This site has no ads, no analytics, and no cookies.

Last updated October 14, 2026.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I get your name, your email address, your business name if you add it, which service you picked, and your message. If you email or call me instead, I get whatever you include in that email or call, plus your email address or phone number.

Like any website, the hosting service keeps basic technical records of visits, such as IP addresses and which pages loaded, so the site keeps running. I don't use those records to figure out who anyone is.

Where it goes

  • The contact form sends your message through a small service on Amazon Web Services, in the United States, which emails it to me. Your message isn't saved there.
  • My email runs on Google Workspace, so that's where messages are stored. My business phone line is Google Voice.
  • The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services as well.

Those companies store the data for me under their own privacy terms. I don't share your information with anyone else, and I never sell it or add you to a mailing list.

How I use it and how long I keep it

I use what you send to reply, to talk through what you need, and, if we work together, to keep a record of the project. If we don't end up working together, I delete your messages within two years.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have from you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email justin@riverwolfdigital.com and I'll take care of it, usually the same day.

There's no tracking on this site, so your browser's Do Not Track setting doesn't change anything here. The site isn't meant for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If anything on this page changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
