Riverwolf Digital is run by Justin Henderson out of the Sacramento area. When you email, I'm the one who answers. If something needs fixing, you're talking to the person who built it.
Background
Twenty plus years in IT and customer service. I spent years at Apple as a Genius and certified hardware technician, which is mostly about helping people through a technical problem on what's often a stressful day. Since then I've managed phone and device fleets for large organizations, negotiated carrier contracts, and improved processes that were quietly costing money.
Two decades of hands-on experience being the person who actually fixes things, and a habit of explaining the tradeoffs so you can make the call.
How I work
- Simple, reliable technology that you can live with long after I hand it over.
- No jargon. If something I write doesn't make sense, that's on me, and I'll explain it another way.
- A written scope before any work starts, so we both know what done looks like.
- If I think you don't need something, I'll say so. Saving you money is part of the job.
A few things to know
Riverwolf Digital is a one-person shop, and I like it that way. I take on a small number of projects at a time so each one gets my full attention, and I'll give you a realistic timeline from the start. If you need a big team on a tight deadline, I'm probably not the right fit, and I'll be upfront about that on our first call.
